| The Pelletier Team is in the profession of providing services to customers and clients to facilitate their San Diego home purchases and home sales. We are successful because we are constantly striving to improve ourselves, what we do and how we do it.
Our mission is to provide our clients with an extraordinary level of service when they purchase or sell real estate in San Diego. We want that service so superior that it will compel them to refer their family and friends to us.

| | Don Pelletier, Real Estate Broker | Don is a licensed broker, a Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and additionally, he is trained in providing home buyers with exclusive representation as a Buyer's Broker. Recently, he achieved the designation of Certified Distressed Properties Expert (CDPE), a very important certification in today's market. He also holds the highly coveted Accredited Buyer Representative designation (ABR) and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHS) designations. With 25 years experience, Don's annual number of transactions keeps him among the top one-quarter of one percent of real estate agents in the United States. Additionally, Don consistently ranks in the Top 100 RE/MAX Agents in California and Hawaii. Don is responsible for all contract negotiations, procuring a buyer for your property, serious problem-solving, monitoring of market conditions and extensive market analysis.
| Gerri Pelletier, Office Manager
| Gerri manages the office and works on continually improving our systems and operation. She has 24 years experience in every facet of Real Estate including sales, brokering agent files, transaction coordination, acquisition and property management. She also managed two large real estate companies overseeing all aspects of the day to day activities of 85 agents.

| Rebecca Troyan, Executive Assistant/Escrow Manager
| Prior to working as the Escrow Manager and Executive Assistant to The Don Pelletier Group, Rebecca was a Buyers Specialist for RE/MAX for over 2 years and understands the value of a smooth transaction. She has a natural caring disposition for people and their needs, and is not satisfied until the client is. Rebecca understands first hand the importance of finding the right combination of style and price when purchasing a home, and also the emotional attachment when the time comes to sell your home. Her goal is to make every transaction as professional, enjoyable and seamless as possible.
Rebecca is responsible for coordinating each transaction throughout the escrow period. Her duties include opening escrow, processing the necessary documents and paperwork and coordinating appointments and inspections.

| Jessica Macias, Executive Assistant/Escrow Manager
| Jessica studied Real Estate at Mesa College and decided that this was the career she wished to pursue. She has previous experience as an assistant and brings great ideas, energy and ambition to our team. Before her transition into Real Estate, Jessica ran her own piano studio, which gave her valuable experience in customer service and the operation of a successful business.
Jessica is in charge of getting your house on the market and ready to sell, and inputting your listing into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Additionally, she manages all marketing activities for the team, including submission of print and online advertising to 72 websites. All her hard work ensures that things run effortlessly and efficiently for our clients. Jessica provides tremendous support to our customers and their transaction experience. She is a great addition to have on our team.
