Clairemont General Info


CLAIREMONT AREA:

Clariemont is first and foremost probably THE most convenient location in all of San Diego. There are five freeways that all intersect there, making it extremely convenient to get anywhere in just minutes.

Also, many people want to live at the beach, when they move here. However, beach property can be very expensive. Clairemont, is just 4.5 miles from the beach, and the home prices are approximately one-third less for the very same house, making it a great value.

The area has many, many homes with canyon views (green/open views of sweeping valleys, deep ravines and wonderful coastal breezes year round, making it very comfortable.

Most of the homes were built in the late 1950’s or early 1960’s.
