With all the headlines and changes in the real estate market, how do you know what or who you should believe? I have 5 myths that I want to bust for you right now!

Myth #1: I need 20% down to buy a home.

That’s not the case. There are so many loan types and loan options out there, some even for zero down! You don’t know what you may be able to qualify for unless you ask the right questions and talk to the right people.  

Myth #2: I’ll never qualify to buy a home.

The question to ask here is: have you asked? Have you gotten a second opinion? The right agent and lender are crucial in finding out what you qualify for, and a better agent will help steer you in the right direction! 

Myth #3: This myth is in regard to selling your current home - and it is “I need to price my home with room to negotiate.”

Myth #4: The less commission I pay, the more I will make.
