Let's look at what's happening in San Diego. At the time of this recording, there were 848 active listings,788 pending homes, in escrow, and 690 homes that have currently sold during just the past 30 days. Homes sold for a Median price of one million and fifty-two thousand dollars and were on the market an average of 20 days.
So, as you can see, with the changing market, it is no surprise that homes are not staying on the market for a long time and there is less inventory.
