Have you ever negotiated a deal that was worth hundreds of thousands of dollars? I have, and I do it all the time!

It’s not uncommon for me to find ways to save my clients thousands of dollars while buying or selling their homes.

In fact, oftentimes, even when the seller or buyer is completely happy with the price and terms, I will go back to the other party in an effort to take the negotiations even further, to derive an even better outcome for my clients. As you find yourself getting ready to make an offer on a home or are receiving multiple offers on your home, you want a strong negotiator working on your behalf to help you get the best terms possible. With me, you’ll be working with a master negotiation expert with over 38 years of experience and after having done over 2200 successful transactions.

One of the first things I will tell you is, depending on the market climate, it may not always be the best idea to accept the first offer. My first thought when I see others having sold their home the first day, is that you’ve very likely left money on the table. Now, obviously, every market cycle is different and depending on what’s happening, this can change, however, clearly understanding what your home is worth and what the market climate is like, is truly essential when selling your home.

Whether you want to sell your existing home, buy your first home, upsize, downsize, purchase a vacation home, or just talk about options, a real estate professional is your best source for information based on current trends in our area. If you're interested in learning more about the 2022 real estate forecast, don't hesitate to reach out - we're happy to help!
