At the time of my most recent video, there were 2,133 active listings on the market, 1,759 homes that are in escrow, and 1,246 homes that sold in January. Homes sold for an average of $1,003,000 and were on the market an average of 34 days.
So, you can see, with the changing market, it is no surprise to us that homes are staying on the market just a bit longer. With the constant shifts, you need an experienced agent to help guide you through your next moves in real estate.
