April San Diego Market Update
Hello San Diego! Good news, the market is normalizing, however, we are still seeing lower than average inventory and that is helping to increase home prices. In fact, since early February, home prices in greater San Diego have increased by 10%!
We are seeing homes sell more quickly and the buyers are more active. Also, as we move into the warmer months, and peak selling season, we will begin to see increased activity in the market. Letās look at whatās happening right here in San Diego.
At the time of this recording, there were 701 active listings, 791 pending homes in escrow, and 641 homes that sold in the past 30 days. Homes sold for an average of $1,408,000 and were on the market an average of just 31 days.
So, as you can see, with the changing market, this is a great time for sellers to sell!
