Hello San Diego! Good news! The market is normalizing, but we are still seeing lower-than-average inventory. We are seeing homes sell more quickly and the buyers are more active. Also, as we move into the peak selling season of summer, we will begin to see increased activity in the market. Let's look at what’s happening right here in the San Diego area.

At the time of this recording, there were 810 active listings, 800 pending homes, in escrow, and 914 homes that have recently sold over the past 30 days, or so. Homes sold for an average of $967,414 and were on the market an average of 35 days.

So, as you can see, with the changing market, it is no surprise that homes are staying on the market longer and there is less inventory. With the constant shifts, you need an experienced agent to help guide you through your next moves in real estate. Connect with my team today to get more information, and we can strategize what to do with your home.
